LABORATORY

We offer a complete in house laboratory from Idexx. We believe a minimum database of diagnostics is essential in evaluating any sick patient. Complete blood counts, serum chemistry profiles, serum electrolytes and urinalyses are only minutes away, providing crucial information to assist in patient management. All Idexx SNAP tests are available in house to test for numerous diseases without having to wait for results to return from an outside reference laboratory.

The microscope is also an essential part of our in house lab. This is used extensively for cytologic analyses and parasite testing on a daily basis in our hospital.

We utilize IDEXX and Specialty VetPath for numerous send out tests. These may include biopsy samples and blood tests for an enormous array of diagnostics.
